IT was another classic game between the Grafton Redmen women’s side and the Coffs Harbour Snappers.
Grafton prevailed 22-12 in a match highlighted by bruising defence and scintillating tries.
It was also a special day for Redmen scrum-half Clare Gardner who recorded 50-games for the Club
Once again Redmen forward Jess Boyle played herself to a standstill while captain-coach Tamar McHugh laid on two tries with her deft ball skills which saw Emily Norton and Esther Barker find the tryline.
Snappers gun centre Brooklyn French caused headaches for the Redmen defence with two long range tries again proving she is one of the best outside backs in the competition.
