GRAFTON Women’s side came away with the competition points against Vikings on Saturday with a comprehensive 50-5 victory.
Grafton’s defence was a highlight of the game restricting the visitors to one try, however they looked flat in attack at times even though they managed to keep the scoreboard ticking over.
Natalie Blackadder and Emily Fennessy produced their best games of the season and were rewarded with three tries.
It was a good hit out for the Redmen women who now set their focus towards a major semi-final showdown against Port Pirates next week.
